We are a residential redevelopment company and we work with a network of real estate investors that rehabbed over 20 properties last year. At CCD Property Solutions, our goal is to rehab 12 houses this year so we are looking for new contractors to help us reach that goal. We work using a very structured system and provide a detailed SOW (scope of work) for every project.
